For our Shared Finance Organization based in Zuchwil SO we are looking for a highly committed Intercompany Accountant.


Main Responsibilities:


We are looking for a highly motivated person to support the young team in Intercompany Accounting. You will be in contact with business partner all over the world to assure proper recording of transactions. Also you are involved into improvement projects and will gain insight into J&J Finance.



  • Creation of Intercompany Purchase and Sales Orders

  • Close activities including accrual postings

  • Business partnering with controlling, R&D, commercial and other groups to properly record the transactions

  • Intercompany reconciliation and reporting - Full responsibility for certain affiliate account reconciliation and business partnering (/200 affiliates)

  • Cleaning of Goods receipt not invoiced by assisting the matching of invoices in the shared service in Prague

  • Monitor the accounts payable, accounts receivable balance positions / KPIs

  • Full responsibility for certain affiliate account reconciliation and business partnering

  • Involvement in improvement projects

  • Backup of General Ledger Team


Qualifikation


Who we are looking for:



  • University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent or completed KV with further education

  • No minimum years of applicable finance, accounting experience

  • SAP knowledge (FI/CO) if possible

  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn quickly

  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required

  • Stress resistance, flexibility and sense of priority to handle tasks and deadlines

  • 'Can do' attitude: ability to manage complex and ambiguous situation

  • Able to demonstrate values consistent with J&J Credo

  • Fluent English, German, & French an asset


This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months, with an option for extension or permanent contract.
