For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Information Officer 100% (m/f/d).


Main Tasks



  • Work closely with the Communications & Information Office; serve as communications consultant on major campaigns and projects to help streamline review of promotional materials.

  • Ensure compliance with the correct use of trademarks and competition law, particularly the use of true and accurate and non-misleading statements and references, on all promotional material aimed at an external audience with intent to promote the sale and/or use of Roche products.

  • Build and enhance in depth company and product knowledge to educate business (LifeCycle teams), affiliate and regional communicators on Good Promotional Practices for content development.

  • Partner cross-functionally to provide expert branding, medical, legal and regulatory guidance and support to Marketing Services and LifeCycle teams and affiliates in PR/communications tactics.

  • Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the promotional review process and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

  • Identifies and escalates potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/ implements plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

  • Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the DXM Marketing Services team and organizational leads informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

  • Monitors the performance of the promotional review process and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.

  • Works with the Communications and Info Office and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.

  • Day-to-day business administrator of legal and regulatory promotional content review process; maintaining user profiles, coordinating file dissemination through approved channels, performing audits, assessing reporting metrics and coordinating general business questions with third-party vendors.


Requirements



  • A Bachelor’s degree required

  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a healthcare organization

  • Familiarity with operational and quality assurance procedures and regulations in a healthcare organization is required

  • Experience in diagnostics, healthcare compliance, computer information systems, quality, regulatory, or a related field preferred

  • Experience in working with branding, quality, legal, regulatory, and / or medical staff

  • Experience in driving risk-based decisions supporting business owner expectations and needs

  • General understanding of privacy and healthcare compliance legislation

  • High about situational awareness, change management, access control, and incident response

  • Ability to learn and follow processes and procedures necessary to develop, route and release communications within a highly regulated industry

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to build high-quality relationships with clientele

  • Learning agility and flexibility to adapt to changing environment

  • Strong project management and execution skills with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and highly matrixed environments

  • Strong writing and oral communication skills in English (native desired, fluency in German preferred)

  • Knowledge of cloud-based compliance programs, i.e. Veeva., and online project management tools
