For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Project Manager - Global SIS PPM Tool Administrator 100% (m/f/d).


Main Tasks


This position as a Global PPM Tool Administrator within Solution Integration & Services Workflow and IT (SIS WF&IT) Project Management entails the following key responsibilities:


Active member of the SIS Tool Support Team, which is responsible for:



  • Maintenance of planning, reporting, resource and time management tools

  • 1st level support for all SIS end users (Project Leaders / Managers, Resource Manager, Senior Management)

  • Ensuring consolidated planning input and support of regular divisional project budget planning

  • Training and ensuring usage of PPM processes & tools for all relevant SIS organizations

  • Administration of the Divisional Project, Resource and Portfolio Management Tool (PRIME) and Time Recording Tool (WebTimeSheet)

  • Investigate issues, analyze potential effects on tool and process landscape

  • Coordinate development, testing and implementation of PPM applications and enhancements


Active member of the SIS Reporting Team, which is responsible for project and resource related reportings for the whole organization:



  • Providing fact-based project and resource data and cost/capacity reports

  • Driving project and resource related data consistency / quality checks

  • Manage SIS Resource Structure and maintain SIS Resource Pool

  • Manage user authorization / access rights


Requirements



  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related area

  • Project Management education / certification preferable

  • 3+ years work experience

  • Experience as Project Manager and / or member of a Project Management Support Organisation

  • Excellent understanding of financing & controlling processes in a global framework

  • Very good communication skills (English and German), is able to communicate on all levels of the organization

  • Training skills

  • Good process understanding, planning- and organization skills

  • Willingness and ability to work independently in cross-functional teams (incl. required travel in Europe)

  • Advanced level in all MS applications and experience with Planisware preferable

  • Experience with requirements management and software testing
