Spring Professional IT is currently assisting our client in Basel in their search to hire an experienced Process Management Lead (m/w).

Process Management Lead

Your challenges

• Collaborate with Seeds Development stakeholders, teams and employees and Process Owners to collect and document business requirements to identify process improvement solutions and to report current-state processes.

• Partner with assigned Change Leads to leverage change strategies in driving implementation of new processes and tools.

• Provide coaching or tools to the key project leaders to issue and shape organizational solutions.

• Consult with Seeds Development Performance Tracking team to design and embed process critical metrics (e.g. KPIs and PPIs).

• Uses analytics tools such as process mapping and analysis software, spreadsheets, process diagrams, and flow charts

Your skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Three to five years of experience in a project/program/process management role.

• Project management certification, Operational excellence qualification and BPM certification preferred.

• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders on various management levels.

• Experience working with virtual teams and other cross-functional stakeholders across different business units and geographies.

• Familiarity with APQC practices and Business Process Management standards and methodology is a plus.

• Full professional proficiency in English.
