About us


Our vision is to enable anyone to build spatial applications. We are building a platform enabling our clients to interact with the digital twin of the world and to build industry specific applications on top of them using this new type of digital resource.


A digital twin is comprised of an ultra-realistic 3D model that is fully interactive, allowing for the integration of additional, third party information that is spatially relevant (such as weather conditions and other geospatial information). Our role is to provide the best possible digital twin of the world together with different functionalities, allowing users to build applications ranging from simulations, urban development or gaming experiences, making our platform relevant across different existing and future industries


We are looking for a service-oriented and outgoing person, who is proactive and enjoys supporting company’s administrative life. You should have the ability to perform tasks in an efficient, proactive and accurate manner. Also, you enjoy working in many different areas and are flexible to adapt in a Startup’s dynamic environment.


As our Internal Operations Manager you will work in a diverse team and ensure that everything in the office is running smoothly. You should bring positive energy, a “hands-on” attitude and should possess empathy.


The starting date would be preferably as soon as possible.


We are looking for someone to join us at around 60-100% pensum.



  • You would take care of the daily business (mail, reception, telephone)

  • Managing, verifying and executing purchase requests

  • Maintaining Databases and filing systems

  • Execution of administrative tasks related to HR, finance, purchasing, business cards, travelling arrangements, cleaning services, facilities, infrastructure etc.

  • Ordering Office Supplies and ensuring that office is run effectively.

  • Initiating and organizing team events as well as ensuring that various other meetings/events are running smoothly and are properly serviced.

  • Perform other duties to make the team’s time in the office comfortable, enjoyable, and smooth.



  • Federal Diploma in Business Administration (KV) or equivalent job experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience as a Front Office Manager

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Excellent German and English knowledge (written and spoken)

  • Computer know-how with MS Office package and versatility in using other software solutions

  • Open-minded team player and proactive

  • Effective communications skills

  • A self-starter able to work with a great degree of autonomy

  • A person comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
