What you achieve

As a DevOps/QA Engineer, you help improve the quality of our products and services, and contribute to process improvements. You work in multidisciplinary teams working according to DevOps method. Agile and SAFe are key success factors for our DevOps transformation. By developing and executing automated test solutions, you ensure that our products and services meet PO and customer needs. You thrive in a multicultural team and an agile environment, closely collaborating with your teammates and specialists from other departments. We offer you best-in-class technologies like CRM Solutions (Siebel), Java, Elastic Path Commerce and cloud-based digital transformation platforms. Thanks to your high degree of personal responsibility and strong knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS support systems, you are happy to provide monthly third level support on-call.

Why you succeed



  • Master's or Bachelor's degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in Computer Science or equivalent qualification

  • ISTQB Certification in software testing and SAFe/DevOps Certification

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in testing (preferably in the telecom domain), and with complex IT systems and applications-Hands-on experience with development and testing of Siebel CRM solutions

  • Testing experience using frameworks/technologies like TIBCO, AEM, Apigee, MicroServices, Elastic Path

  • Hands-on knowledge of building test automation using HP UFT or Selenium

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins), JIRA, Version Control, Micro Service Architectures

  • Strong communicator, fast learner, and team player, experienced with working in agile DevOps teams

  • Fluent in German and very good English
