For our SIG Consumer Care Business, based in La-Tour-de-Peilz/VD, we are currently looking for a

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Short-term assignment until 31.12.2019

 

In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Finance Consumer Care SIG. Your core Mission is to be responsible for preparing and monitoring long term plans (incl. Innovation Portfolio), budget, forecasting & actuals for the overall portfolio of activities (for brands and products) within the Consumer Care SIG.

 

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Head CC SIG as well as the VP of the CC SIG for Budget Presentations, COR Meetings, GBU Management, Team Meetings, 3YP Meetings.


• Management of Dashboard to produce, analyse, comment the monthly Actual & Rolling Forecast performance dashboard of Consumer Care including Proactiv and to review and analyse market shares evolution


• Communicate to the Division Management Team overall results to report to all stakeholders, on a monthly basis, the monthly activities and achievements and to act as a Business Partner for the SIG and CC SIG Management


• Team whenever it comes to questions related to Performance or Budget


• Product/Brand portfolio profitability monitoring to review/ analyse brands P&L and the Divisions ad hoc P&L


• Business Cases for Consumer Projects to support SIG Teams for the preparation of Business Cases for Brand Committee and Portfolio Committe


• Sales planning (Strategic Plan, 3-Y plan): To review, analyse sales reported by the Markets (volume, price, mix as well as building analytical reports


• Detailed business analyses for investment strategies (Commercial and Product Innovation) to support the Finance Head CC SIG on pre and post valuation

 

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy Qualification


• At least 5 Year experience in a Finance function within FMCG industry, preferably in Controlling


• Expert in Excel and Business Intelligence Tools


• Previous experience in working in project mode


• Good communication skills, both written and verbal


• Fluency in English, French language skills or any other languages would be an asset


• Good planning and organizational skills


• Adaptability to change and willing to go the extra mile
