- Analyze the system to be controlled, define and clarify required tasks, and ensure effective execution of projects – on time and in budget
- Develop simulation models and simulator environments
- Contribute to the control software testing to ensure defined quality standards are met
- Solve challenging control problems, also on the customer’s premises
- Solid qualifications in the field of Electrical and Software Engineering
- Good knowledge of power converters and motor drives
- Demonstrable understanding of control theory, including theoretical analysis (discrete- and continuous-time systems), controller design, MATLAB/Simulink, and Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation
- Knowledge of real-time software development with C, C++, or Simulink
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills together with drive, commitment, and team spirit
- Excellent command of English
