Job Description


lm group is looking for a Product Owner based in Chiasso.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify customer needs through research and analysis and strive to meet them

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling projects with the goal to increase profits on top of core products and differentiate company revenues

  • Take full ownership of the product, from features prioritization to release planning till end-2-end delivery and KPIs monitoring

  • Work with key business stakeholders to ensure successful product rollouts and maximize growth opportunities

  • Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product

  • Collaborate with other POs to improve product delivery and build a strong product culture


Skills and Experience


Essential



  • 3+ years experience at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company, in a product management role

  • Ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making

  • Experience in data-driven product development and in applying user research, competitor analysis, market analysis and conversion optimization techniques

  • Ability to connect with UX/UI designers, to sketch prototypes and assess mock-ups

  • Experience with high velocity testing/learning process and growth strategies are a plus

  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and product ownership tools and practices

  • English at professional working proficiency is mandatory
