Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager for our headquarter based in Chiasso.

This role will suit individuals with previous experience in management consulting and/or investment banking (M&A) who are willing to change their mindset from advisor to principal and enter in a digital economy native company to support its extraordinary activities.

Main Responsibilities

Working as a part of a small team, as Manager, you will:

• Track the competitive landscape and new models; identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and threats


• Drive the company’s growth through sourcing, diligence and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments


• Facilitate post-acquisition integration with internal stakeholder


• Perform analysis of new markets, assessing the opportunity and economic viability


• Assess and execute strategic disinvestment 


• Assess and execute Venture Initiatives


• Help monitor performance and manage Venture initiatives

Essential skills

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting or private equity with deal experience


• Superior analytical skills, financial modelling capabilities and ability to grasp business models and operational strategies


• Demonstrated ability to project manage cross-functionally across a broad set of stakeholders


• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment


• Team oriented, collaborative, humble and eager to roll up your sleeves


• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey complex issues


• Graduate in Economics, MBA certification is a plus


• Mother tongue / Fluent in English


• Strong MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
