Your role:
As additional support for our team in Sion, we look for a new colleague woman or man as Event Attendant paid by the hour and on call.
The degree of employment level depends on the number of events and personal flexibility. At least 25 assignments per year, ideally two assignments per month.
In this function you are in charge of the reception and the customer service at different events such as client events, press conferences or events of third parties in exposures of UBS. You support the event manager and contribute significantly to the smooth and safe proceeding of an event.

You'll be working in the business division Corporate Center, we provide a broad range of logistical services.
Your expertise:
experience in hospitality
fluent in French and English, German would be a very big asset
a high availability with enthusiasm
a communicative and open-minded personality
a groomed appearance and excellent manners
good organizational skills
confident and absolutely discreet
outgoing, service oriented and a team player
