Unsere Ziele:
Following the guidelines and processes provided by the Global Purchasing Group, Category Manager will be responsible for:
Secure and leading the Supplier Management supported by the Project Procurement and Purchasing Controlling
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts for Production Material with supply base
Execute supplier Analysis and looking for new suppliers including develop and release new suppliers for the responsible category
Prepares and reviews contracts, bids, proposals and supplier agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of terms
Manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements and cost reduction targets
Reviewing purchase order and contracts for conformance to company policy and procedures
Periodically monitoring of supplier performance and develops improvement strategies.
Periodically reporting of price trends of raw material such as direct material and initiate hedging
Market analysis and timely recognition of trends and areas of activities
Execute value analysis in serial phases
Support international Purchasing department to accomplish company goals.
Must be able to travel domestically and international mandatory
Support by supplier selection and audit for new potential suppliers related to the category for
localization or globalization of the procurement strategy
Development and implementation for strategies
Risk Management
Support of the improvements of their processes and systems
Supporting project and product management through product development after pre series
