As a Strategic Business Analyst (Innovation & Emerging Products) you will strongly contribute to the development and implementation of the Product Strategy of Lido. You will work closely together with various internal stakeholders and maintain an intensive exchange with our customers.

 

Your responsibilities

•  Analyze high level functional and non-functional requirements in alignment with product teams to solve needs on the Lido Portfolio level


• Analyze regulation, market and customer needs


• Ensure that development projects comply with non-functional requirements


• Support in defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and development goals for our products and participate at backlog refinements on portfolio level


• Support in insuring transparency of the roadmap for the Lido Portfolio


• Create business case and Lufthansa Systems board petitions for product developments


• Foster innovation within Lido and support pitches to Lufthansa Systems and Lufthansa Group fund boards


• Control product profitability


• Participate in committee work and conferences


• Cooperate with the Lufthansa Systems business development and portfolio management as well as with other product management departments of Lufthansa Systems


• Develop relevant concepts for the whole Lido domain


• Initiate and validate new business ideas/cases


• Take responsibility as a Product Owner in the incubation phase of new ideas and products


• Conduct market studies and evaluate potential product developments

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, geography or another related area


• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role; Product Owner experience is a plus


• Knowledge of Lido Domain product portfolio


• Aviation know how is a plus


• Strong team player


• Good self-organization skills, results-driven work approach style, and high reliability and flexibility


• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully convey complex facts in a precise and easy to understand way


• Strong English skills (written and spoken)


• Swiss or EU national or a holder of a Swiss working permit
