The Finance Trainee Program is a 2 year program which seeks to recruit outstanding university graduates in business studies. During the program, you will be trained to become a potential leader while obtaining excellent insights in the network of a specialty chemical multinational. You will have the possibility to obtain a broad knowledge on our company and markets by a committed rotation through units, regions and tasks. The program is flexible towards the organization's needs and candidate's interests.
Responsibilities
Taking immediate ownership of tasks within Corporate Controlling with a focus on performance analysis and management reporting
Assisting in financial planning, objective setting, investment evaluation, etc.
Actively taking part in international controlling projects
Assignments in other finance disciplines, e.g. Treasury, Audit, Accounting, Tax, but also in interface areas such as a global Business Unit or a foreign affiliate
Building a cross-functional and -regional network inside Clariant to further help you in attaining your career goals
Requirements
Excellent Master’s degree from a renowned University, preferably in business administration with focus on finance
High degree of drive, ambition and flexibility is crucial. Openness to international assignments during or after the program
Outstanding analytical and conceptual competence
Open-minded teamplayer with good communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Working experience in dynamic environment (such as corporate finance, consulting or investment banking) is an asset
