What you’ll do:


PartnerwithAccount Management leadershipglobally



  • Establish trust and a collaborative working relationship with Market Management leadership globally

  • Understand management needs and hypothesis


Ensure effective performance management of our global Market Management force



  • Monitor the availability of key market management tools at each point of the quarter (allocation of resources, definition of sales territories, definition of targets, tracking of performance and payment of quarterly bonus for several thousand people globally)

  • Control any data issues and find resolutions with all global teams

  • Design new reports (either directly in Tableau or by coordinating IT resources)

  • Continuously look for improvements to existing processes and tools/reports


Support market managers and their leadership



  • Handle incoming questions (via email or Slack typically) from Market Managers and their leadership – and ensure timely answers by investigating issues or providing required guidance

  • Developing, updating and helping in delivering required training materials and documentation

  • Self-standing and independent – you can own tasks and processes with full responsibility for timely execution

  • You like to continuously improve processes, work towards always further automation

  • Able to see the bigger picture whilst not missing the details

  • Logical, data-driven, thorough with a clear attention to details (you like to help people and to make sure your objectives are delivered to an extremely high standard)

  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management (both in written and orally)

  • Strong networking skills within a large organization – you can easily connect with colleagues to find answers and resolve problems, even across multiple geographies and time zones in matrixed environment

  • Ideally, you have experience manipulating data in Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, or you have an interest in learning and a desire to learn other tools such as SQL

  • Ideally, you have experience in operations environment and experience of working with sales or directly within sales

  • Ideally, you understand the lodging industry and the technology industry
