Risk-appropriate credit analyses based on the Bank’s Credit Policy and Directives
Provide solutions and risk oriented support to sales organisation: interface between Credit and the front line, pro-actively working with Private Banking teams in structuring credit proposals
Propose credit transactions to the relevant authority level and execution of approved transactions including documentation and perfection of security
Preparation of periodic credit reviews, credit limit requests and portfolio overviews
Provide ongoing support to the management with regard to the identification and management of credit risks
Promote an integrated team and share knowledge, experience and best practices
Promote a strong risk culture within the Bank and improve coordination and communication with the national & international network of the Bank
Profiles
Higher education in either Banking / Business / Finance, Bank apprenticeship with additional education in Credits
5-10 years experience as a Credit Officer in a Private Bank or in a Financial Institution with credit authority and credit origination
Excellent analytic and technical skills combined with an ability to apply these in a practical and balanced manner
Well organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Senior, engaged, flexible and open-minded personality who is able to successfully operate in a dynamic and international environment
Strong skills in prioritization and organization and interpersonal skills are essential
Fluent both in French and English. Additional knowledges in German are an advantage
