Reporting directly to the Group Talent Management Director, the Junior HR Analyst will actively support the Group HR department in the drafting of various monthly reports and analyses based on the information provided by all subsidiaries.
He/she will also be involved in different ongoing projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS or the conduction of the internal satisfaction survey.
The main responsibilities will consist of:
Internal staff cost reporting (budget & forecast)
New HRIS implementation
Satisfaction survey
Various other HR ad-hoc projects
