Junior HR Analyst (6-month contract)

Reporting directly to the Group Talent Management Director, the Junior HR Analyst will actively support the Group HR department in the drafting of various monthly reports and analyses based on the information provided by all subsidiaries.


He/she will also be involved in different ongoing projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS or the conduction of the internal satisfaction survey.


The main responsibilities will consist of:


Internal staff cost reporting (budget & forecast)



  • Produce reports on recruitment needs, staff cost variations and any other on-demand topics


New HRIS implementation



  • Support the Group HR department in the implementation, control and follow up of the new tool

  • Monthly HR reports


Satisfaction survey



  • Support in reviewing the existing survey’s content and structure on the platform (SurveyMonkey) before global launch

  • Manage survey on dedicated platform and collect/extract all results

  • Proceed to various analyses, reports and presentations for the Management and for each subsidiary


Various other HR ad-hoc projects


 


Your profile:



  • Excel proficient

  • Financial acumen

  • Degree in Finance, Economic sciences or equivalent

  • Fluent in both English & French

  • First experience in a similar position (reporting) within an international environment is an asset

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to details

  • Ability to work independently in identifying and solving problems and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to deal with confidential data; sense of discretion and confidentiality
