You Offer

 

• Consistent track record of minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in banking covering Russia and CIS Countries


• Fluency in English and Russian language skill is a requirement, Ukrainian is a plus


• You the ability to learn about clients’ investment needs and to provide quality advice, updates on financial markets developments and on client’s portfolios


• Great interpersonal skills, with a strong affinity to sales and client service competencies


• A great teammate with the highest professional work ethic and standards. You are a decisive personality and you are able to cope under pressure


• High customer orientation and reliability, drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture


• Forward thinking mind-set for the development and advancement of digital banking solutions; a technologically savvy personality


• High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies


• Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture


• Degree from a university or an institute of higher education


• CFA or equivalent is an advantage
