This is a Junior Business Analyst role to work within the Finance Change group with a specific focus on the Valuation in Resolution (ViR) programs for Zurich Product Control.FINMA requires Credit Suisse Group AG Financial Statements to close on a more timely and frequent basis. The ViR program aims to deliver sustainable capabilities in Credit Suisse infrastructure to accelerate the month-end close process for financial statements.

You will work to facilitate production of the detailed analysis for the As-Is and To-Be business processes for P&L close activities performed by the BFO function within Zurich PC
You will be assist with the production of a gap analysis between the As-is and To-Be state, documentation of any dependencies on other change programs, and achieving agreement on the final program scope for Zurich PC
You will facilitate process changes in Zurich PC, definition of Trading Book vs Banking Book, Profit and Loss analysis for capital calculation purposes (standard model vs internal model)
You will write detailed Business and Functional Requirements, and facilitate technical design in collaboration with Product Control and IT stakeholders
You will join & contribute to any necessary stakeholder working groups, operating committees and sponsor update meetings
You will contribute to producing all necessary project artifacts including Project Charters, Project Initiation Documents, and Design Authority compliance

You have 1-3 years of Product Control/Valuations/ Transformational Change experience in an Investment Bank setting
You have a demonstrable experience of project deliveries, and strong communication skills
You have excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of Product Control processes
You posses a good understanding of the Project Lifecycle, and are a highly proficient Business Analyst
You are proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools, with excellent knowledge of Excel, and ideally have an understanding of programming languages (e.g. R / Python) and visualization tools (Tableau/Qlik)
The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and independently to facilitate the successful implementation of the required ViR process & system enhancements
The main objectives will be to perform business analysis, identify key pain points in business process, define solutions for process and / or system enhancements, prepare test cases and support testing
