You will be managing the delivery of complex front-to-back change projects in Compliance.
You assist the Program Manager in all aspects of such a project as part of a Compliance Program, including mobilization, shaping, execution, and closedown, with minimal supervision.
You will be scoping the project or work stream and managing scope and dependencies.
Identifying the key stakeholders.
Defining the project governance model and roles and responsibilities.
Liaising with the various business units and support departments to establish priorities and agree solutions.
You develop the project strategy and project plan and allocate resources and deliver the completion tasks.
As the BA/Project Coordinator you responsible for monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress to the stakeholders and ensuring actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled.
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets and predict budget overruns.
You Offer
At least 5-6 years of project management experiences with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank.
You are experienced in working on major projects, preferably in Compliance in an investment bank or similar institution.
You have a solid knowledge of one or multiple Compliance functions and processes, e.g. Compliance MI Reporting, Compliance Risk Management, Compliance Testing.
A deep understanding of change processes.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills allow you to formal and informal present and talk to differing audiences.
You are a dedicated solution oriented problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple tasks at a time and to take decisions.
You combine your solid analytical skills with the ability to take care of multi-jurisdictional business partners.
PMI or similar certification desirable.
