  • You will be managing the delivery of complex front-to-back change projects in Compliance.

  • You assist the Program Manager in all aspects of such a project as part of a Compliance Program, including mobilization, shaping, execution, and closedown, with minimal supervision. 

  • You will be scoping the project or work stream and managing scope and dependencies.

  • Identifying the key stakeholders.

  • Defining the project governance model and roles and responsibilities.

  • Liaising with the various business units and support departments to establish priorities and agree solutions.

  • You develop the project strategy and project plan and allocate resources and deliver the completion tasks.

  • As the BA/Project Coordinator you responsible for monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress to the stakeholders and ensuring actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled.

  • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets and predict budget overruns.


 


You Offer

 

  • At least 5-6 years of project management experiences with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank.

  • You are experienced in working on major projects, preferably in Compliance in an investment bank or similar institution.

  • You have a solid knowledge of one or multiple Compliance functions and processes, e.g. Compliance MI Reporting, Compliance Risk Management, Compliance Testing.

  • A deep understanding of change processes.

  • Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills allow you to formal and informal present and talk to differing audiences.

  • You are a dedicated solution oriented problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple tasks at a time and to take decisions.

  • You combine your solid analytical skills with the ability to take care of multi-jurisdictional business partners.

  • PMI or similar certification desirable.
