  • Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are offering an interesting position as part of Cost Management PMO within the Group COO Strategy Sourcing and Execution Function

  • Support the monthly steering committee attended by senior members across all Divisions and Functions. This includes identifying key topics to be discussed and driving the agenda, producing meeting materials, liaising with key contributors and presenters, following up on actions

  • Provide transparency and independent assessments – analyzing information across multiple data sources (cost financials, resources, benefits, vendor, sourcing etc), identifying opportunities for optimization/efficiency.

  • Conduct in-depth financial and workforce analyses leveraging both internal and external information, and derive recommendations for senior stakeholders; prepare insightful Management Information

You Offer

 

  • University degree (Business Administration or another relevant field) or equivalent experience

  • Strong financial acumen, as well as analytical and conceptual skills

  • Ability to understand new sources of data and link processes end-to-end

  • Build relationships across all corporate titles and continuously extend your network across the organization

  • Proven ability to communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of Management in a clear and concise manner

  • A constructive and organized approach to your work and to a feedback culture; excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment

  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose improvements to operational activities

  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills. 

  • Fluency in English
