Aventicum Real Estate advises or runs a series of high value-add, private equity real estate funds to invest in under-managed real estate across Europe, to energetically asset manage the real estate to improve its operating performance and residual value, and to sell the real estate once performance is stabilised, typically within a 5-year holding period. As such, you will be expected to assist on a wide range of real estate investments, including the acquisition of properties, real estate portfolios or companies, financing including acquisition and capex loans or refinancing, and all asset management aspects of handling or pushing forward demanding real estate business plans, including leasing, project management and divestitures.

  • Assistance with the real estate investment management process, responsibility for the analysis and underwriting of a new investment including analysis of the risks/rewards of the formulated business plan

  • Coordination and budget control of due diligence process, planning and coordination of the internal investment process, coordination of the investment completion process

  • Actively working alongside the local implementation partner in order to update and monitor business plans, to update cash flow forecasting models and to review lease up and capex initiatives, as well as to regularly evaluate divestment opportunities

  • Assistance with preparation of documents for review by the Investment Committee including, Investment Memoranda, Quarterly Asset Management Reports and Risk Reports and with reporting to investors, including quarterly Investor Reports, financial reports and update letters

Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? Then, join us to develop our business.





  • Advanced understanding of real estate cash flow  modelling and a solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting

  • You own a undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognised university or college

  • Minimum of 2 years of working in an real estate investment environment
    Real estate asset management experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong IT skills including at a minimum Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Team-oriented and collaborative and must possess strong integrity and professionalism

  • Strong time management and organization skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and a outstanding initiative and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial demeanour

  • You are fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus
