Currently, we are looking for support in our Sales team as a
Sales Enablement Manager / E-learning & Onboarding Expert
Your responsibilities:
In this exciting role you help our Senior Director Sales Enablement to equip our Sales team with the right tools to do an excellent job by taking over tasks from3 different key areas:
You will have the possibility to create an unforgettableonboardingexperience for new employees by conducting service and sales training sessions that are meant to inspire.
Further, you will update current training sessions and evaluate their quality via CSAT surveys and coordinate internal trainer information briefings.
In thee-learningarea, you will not only own the training material, but also act as a reliable point of contact when it comes to recording and editing new learning videos for/by internal users. You will support our Sales heads in tracking training sessions of their teams and create an action plan that improves training activities.
Infield training,your mission is to empower sales executives to create a strong Social Selling Index on LinkedIn and keep a record of their activities. As a coordinator in the development of our commercial teaching stories you will have the chance to bring in all your sales experience and creativity. Last but not least, you will help with creating training for new services and evaluating current training sessions in close collaboration with the Product Marketing department.
