We are looking for a Sales Manager for a startup in Zurich – IT industry. You will create and manage a pipeline of customers within the recreation and leisure industries (ex. Hospitality industry, Entertainment companies etc.).

Your challenges

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Client meetings (80% of your weekly schedule)

• Identifying new sales leads

• Pitching products and/or services

• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products

Your skills

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Swiss German mother tongue, good knowledge of English

• Strong communication skills

• IT affinity

• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

• Attention to details
