Head Global Sales Enablement

You are responsible to develop and improve the skills across the BUCHI Sales & Service organizations, by addressing the axes process, tools and people. As the overall project leader of a sales development program you are in charge of our sales, service and marketing excellence program. You guide a mixed project team consisting of a sales enablement group and other members from the marketing and service teams.


Main tasks are:



  • Develop and implement sales and service processes aligned to the customers evaluation, support and service needs

  • Optimize structure, internal communication processes and workflow to deliver superior experience over all segments and regions

  • Develop and implement new tools for all kind of customer interaction as well to support our market organizations in professional development of the sales and service teams

  • Support Business Units and Marketing in the development process of all kind of content to guarantee the alignment to customer needs and to strengthen the company`s visibility

  • Implement a guideline for the recruiting process for the market organizations together with the head global HR

  • Development of various coaching concepts


Mandatory skills are:



  • Sales professional, ideally from a BUCHI sales background or from instrumentation company in the lab industry

  • Sales excellence/enablement experience

  • Leadership experience

  • Project management skills

  • Scientific foundation

  • Team player

  • Excellent English proficiency, additional languages advantageous
