Senior Manager Selzach Distribution Center

   
Position overview
 

The Senior Manager serves as Management Representative for the Distribution center. He/she leads the Quality Operations organization including Site Quality Engineering, Site Quality Systems and Compliance. He/she has the necessary independence, authority and responsibility to maintain the distribution center in compliance with all applicable JJ and regulatory requirements.

The close collaboration with operations partners, Deliver and Make organization enhance a E2E vision of the Supply Chain and is a clear asset for future evolution.   He/she manages a team of 9 people.

This position has been open following the promotion within JJ of the current leader.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifies and prioritizes compliance risks, provides compliance active in critical issues and problem resolution


• Ensure preparing the site for inspection, lead the inspection and the response and follow up activities.


• Identify and initiate continuous improvement activities and projects


• Provide timely information to Management on the status of conformance to requirements


• Drive site escalations and crisis management.


• Supports the review, the assessment, the professional deployment and implementation of the Enterprise Standards and regulation.

This position has been open following the promotion within JJ of the current responsible.

The Senior Manager serves as Management Representative for the Distribution center. He/she leads the Quality Operations organization including Site Quality Engineering, Site Quality Systems and Compliance. He/she has the necessary independence, authority and responsibility to maintain the distribution center in compliance with all applicable JJ and regulatory requirements.

He/she will work closely with operations partners, Deliver and Synthes organizations.  He/she manages a team of 9 people

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifies and prioritizes compliance risks, provides compliance active in critical issues and problem resolution


• Ensure preparing the site for inspection, lead the inspection and the response and follow up activities.


• Identify and initiate continuous improvement activities and projects

Qualifications

• Master in engineering or pharma or equivalent experience (min. 10 years)


• Working experience in a regulated environment (pharma/ food industry / automotive)


• Leadership and management skills


• Practical approach  and ability to make decision


• Comfortable in a fast moving environment (new products / new flows ...)


• Ability to interface stakeholders at a board level / communication strength


• Language needed English (German would be beneficial)
