Process Engineer

Your mission


As a technology all-rounder, you will maintain, optimize and expand our process portfolio for the fabrication of micro-machined components in close collaboration with the other engineers and technicians. This will include the following responsibilities:



  • Development and optimization of processes in photolithography, dry etching and wet etching

  • Involvement in customer projects with a strong technological component

  • Provide second level support on processing equipment

  • Process optimization using systematic approaches (DOE)

  • Creation of the process documentation according to our quality standards

  • Technical support, training and technical coaching of technicians and other engineers on the processes/equipment

  • Follow-up of the state of the art and development trends in the field of interest

  • Transfer of new processes from the development into the production

  • Transfer of technologies to external partners


 


Your profile


You are a passionate engineer with Ms or PhD degree in Microtechnology, Physics, Material Science or equivalent and have a strong knowledge of MEMS manufacturing processes as well as a broad hands-on experience in MEMS process development, preferably in an industrial environment. Flexible and adaptable, your customer and service orientation combined with your good communication skills allow you to interact easily with colleagues, industrial customers and university partners. Recognized as a good team player, you are curious, proactive and your pragmatism as well as your creativity enable you to solve complex situations in a systematic way. Finally, you are fluent in French and English.
