Material Engineer 100%

We are looking for a self-motivated and target oriented employee for our R&D department in the field of plastic materials and testing.

Responsibilities

• Translation of market needs into specifications for raw materials


• Responsible for evaluation and introduction of materials for serial production


• Evaluation of raw material supplier in close cooperation with the producing plant


• Evaluation of tests required to ensure defined product quality


• Organization of test equipment for R&D testing


• Support of process optimization at producing plant


• Interface between R&D, QM and Production

Profile

• University education as material science or chemist with focus on thermoplastic materials


• Sound know how about mechanical, chemical and tribological
  properties of thermoplastic materials


• Good know how of injection molding process, RAM knowledge of advantage


• Experience in compounding and / or development of new recipes is of advantage


• Know how in set up of test plans (DOE)


• Very good German and English skills


• Experienced in use of MS office, SAP know how of advantage


• Independent hard working Hands-on personality
