The Risk Management & Compliance function in Core Business Range & Supply leads, steers, and supports the business to safeguard the IKEA brand by identifying, anticipating on, navigating through opportunities and risks on the base of IKEA values and culture. Together with effective monitoring and follow-up, this leads to risk aware decision taking and practical business control. Risk Management & Compliance works closely together with the various organisational levels and provides support to:
• Strengthen the IKEA brand and protect our assets
• Maintain an overall security aware culture
• Steer and lead compliance activities
About the job
Your main function in this role is to develop and drive the Ethics and Integrity strategy as part of the Risk Management and Compliance strategic direction into the different business through education and training and to monitor and verify our investigation and anti-corruption processes are align with our policy and rules to ensure our intended level of Code of Conduct is met.
. Furthermore you:
• Secure a consistent and ethical approach to investigations across all businesses in Range and Supply
• Ensure ethical and criminal related Raise a Concern line investigations are appropriately handled, reported and followed up on
• Lead high level, complex and multi-faceted investigations
• Ensure that investigations are executed according to the Inter IKEA Group Rule on Investigations
• Improve, implement and monitor anti-corruption policies and procedures
• Coordinate improve training programs in relation to Ethics, Integrity and anti-Corruption
• Support investigations across other core business
• Lead competence development and succession planning across your area of responsibility
• Maintain an overview of all cases and communicate trends and potential risks to Management
• Ensure investigation training is up to date for those identified to preform investigation
About you
The following attributes will support you in this role:
• Understanding of the IKEA core businessses and IKEA culture
• High level of knowledge and understanding of the Code of Conduct, Rule of Investigation and anti-corruption policy and rule
• Senior leadership & management skills
• High level of knowledge of IKEA governance structure and steering documents
• Understanding of risk management, compliance and Information Security and Data Privacy frameworks
• Change management at IKEA
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Safety and Security knowledge
• Expert Investigation capabilities
• Ability to reamain calm in stressful situations

The position requires a high volume of travel and its location can be discussed.
