The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solutions provider for processing foods and manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.

Senior Process Developer CS / Project Manager (m/f)
Uzwil
Duties


  • Development/Improvement of business process standards in the area of Customer Services through assigned projects

  • Definition of project content from initialization

  • Implementation of projects in ownership

  • Independent reporting to the appropriate Steering Committee

  • Global roll-out of developed concepts and processes

  • Coaching of service responsible and users world wide
Qualifications


  • University degree in economics, computer science, business administration or engineering

  • Preferably with further training in the fields of process management, commerce, supply chain management or IT

  • Minimum 5 years work experience whereof 3 years in comparable position

  • Experience in project management and change management

  • Strong ability to interact as the link between business and IT

  • Strongly related to IT and master data

  • Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP

  • Fluent in English is a must, any other language is preferred

  • Willingness to travel (~25% of working time)
