Job description


In order to reinforce the Marketing team at our headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a:

RETAIL MARKETING PROJECT LEADER (F/M) 100%

Main responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and implement an activation strategy that promotes commercial activities in Swatch POS in order to drive Sales throughout the year and highlight new product launches


  • Interpret the campaigns on each commercial operation, federating all teams around your activity (Advertising, VM, Digital,…) to create an exceptional customer experience that is consistent with the brand


  • Responsible for implementing the retail marketing strategy based on the buying trends and changing consumer income information


  • Contribute to the Sales and Marketing teams in matters of market research


  • Manage assigned Retail Marketing activities in line with corporate strategic direction


  • Evaluation of in-store signage, promotional materials, mall advertising, promotional flyers and any other Marketing material


  • Working closely with Corporate and local Marketing teams in subsidiaries, developing and rolling out in-store Retail Marketing activations


  • Support all markets worldwide for all questions in relation to Retail Marketing


  • Create editorial boards and oversee all department publications for the release of our weekly internal brand newsletter


  • Manage and control our POS location presence across all digital platforms from a marketing, branding and business information perspective to increase local sales


  • Develop, animate and organize global incentive programs to keep our employees invested in the success of our collections: global competition across all employees, incentive trips and rewards



Profile


To be successful, strong project management and interpersonal skills are required in order to clearly articulate project scope and objectives, meet deadlines as well as achieve consistent budgeting. Customer and solution oriented, you strive to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times. You are also able to prepare reports and detailed analysis in order to track results and the effectiveness of campaigns and come up with recommendations. Flexible, you are able to adapt to business needs in an effective way thanks to your excellent understanding of the business, the products and the global markets and what motivates buying decisions.


Professional requirements



  • Degree in Marketing


  • International Management experience


  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with various departments throughout the company in an fast moving, international environment


  • Advanced word processing, database and spreadsheet skills (MS Office Suite)


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French/German. Every additional language is an asset.
