In this challenging role you lead the Robotics and Visual Computing team. You are coaching and developing an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified team members. You’re responsible for a long-term research roadmap and it’s implementation , strategic resource planning and recruiting of talent into the organization. You leverage your internal and external network to foster Hilti’s long term differentiation by identifying and implementing relevant technology.
