For our Agricultural, Food and Life department, we are looking for a motivated


 


Customer Care Coordinator


 


  


As a member of Agricultural Services Team, you will report to the Geneva Customer Care and Operations Manager working closely with other customer care representatives, worldwide affiliates and the customer base as well as Regional Sales Managers and Global Product Managers.


 


You will manage, independently, a wide variety of operational, market and trade information, which requires an aptitude for multitasking and sharing information freely with colleagues while ensuring unflappable customer service and the ability to create new opportunities. Knowledge of trading commodities, execution and inspection processes, are essential to this position.


 


More specifically, your responsibilities are to:


 


- Coordinate international product-line operations for group clients.
- Obtain & distribute market data including vessel line-ups.
- Prepare quotations working with Sales Team and regional Affiliates.
- Be Responsible for clients’ files on an order to invoice basis.
- Finalize and issuance of client documentation requirements.
- Ensure constant information flow to clients on operations. 


- Trouble shooting on customer operations globally using the SGS network.
- Provide support to regional affiliates to provide consistent best in class operations.
- Actively promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the Product-line Customers.
- Search for additional opportunities and offer increased services to existing/new clients.
- Be in constant contact with SGS affiliated companies and laboratories.
- “Front-line” contact with Customers.


- Ensure a seamless Operations and high level service to International customers.


- Regular contact with Agricultural Services Business Managers.
- Key objective: Standardize, Improve, Provide the necessary tools and information to enable best in class Customer Care Services throughout the Agricultural Services Network.


 


 


 


 


Profile


• Technical Inspection and Transportation knowledge on trade commodities (grains, feeds, sugar, cocoa, etc.)
• Preferably no less than 5 years working experience in Inspection, Transportation or Trade Execution.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. French is a plus.
• Computer Literate.
