Teamleader IT Infrastructure Services (m/w)

Standort Schaan, Liechtenstein

You are the Teamleader of a global team. With your team you realise complex IT Infrastructure projects. You are a Microsoft enthusiast and you know their product offering in the IT Infrastructure area inside out. We look forward to meeting you!

Your responsibilities

• You will lead an international team of IT Infrastructure engineers to develop, maintain and enhance the global IT Infrastructure systems and process landscape.


• You will organize and manage the international team in a “follow-the-sun” setup to provide 2nd and 3rd level support including on-call support to the global organization.
  


• You will manage and enhance the global IT Infrastructure end-to-end service delivery.


• You will plan, implement and support complex IT Infrastructure projects in a global enterprise environment.


• You will manage the required supplier relationships and sourcing providers effectively and efficiently.

Your qualifications:

• You have a solid Information Technology education including relevant and proven working experiences.


• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s current product portfolio including client- and servers operating systems, Active Directory, System Centre Suite, Group Policy management, O365, Azure, Exchange, Skype for Business, Intune and related technologies.


• You have experience in conceptual IT Infrastructure solution designs and good architectural skills.


• You can manage IT Infrastructure projects successfully. Project Management certifications are a plus.


• You have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English, perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet challenging deadlines.


• Your willingness to travel internationally up to 20% round off your job profile.
