Occupational Health Expert - Your future position?

As a member of the EHS Center of Expertise you will work on the continuous improvement of safety culture, risk elimination and accident prevention. You will closely work with internal and external stakeholders and team members on Occupational Health improvements. You will be the ambassador of safety who promotes permanently safety awareness and engage colleagues to be active in development of safe work places. You will represent strongly our vision : Everyone Home Safe every day!

In this exciting role reporting to the Global Occupational Health Manager and which can be based anywhere in Europe you will : 

• Manage Occupational Health aspects in alignment with Global OH Manager


• Maintain global standards in coordination with Global OH Manager


• Deploy the global OH strategy


• Support sites on OH topics


• Provide solutions to gaps in the area of Health


• Be the contact for requests & questions concerning continuous improvement on Health concepts


• Accompany development of new compounds under Health aspects


• Provide guidance to external customers

Your professional profile includes:

• An academic background in EHS, Chemistry or Biology


• Minimum 3 years of experience in OH or related field


• Very good analytical skills in OH matters


• Fluent in English, other languages beneficial


• Project Management capabilities


• Strong communication skills both oral and written


• Recognized presentation skills


• Experience working in a multicultural environment desirable
