The Position

Talent Marketing is a part of the Talent Acquisition Team within our HR Department. As an Intern in Talent Marketing, you will be part of internal and external branding and communications projects. You will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent attraction and marketing and make your contribution in an international and multicultural environment.

The internship entails the following key responsibilities:

• Development of marketing and social media content for career pages and digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xing, Kununu)


• Development of tools and material to attract external and internal talent


• Organisation and support of graduate events and activities at universities within Switzerland as well as on-site visits


• Support the Talent Acquisition team in administrative tasks, closely collaborate with the Recruiting intern on all early in career topics


• Support in various projects and campaigns

To be successful in this role the following qualifications are required:

• You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Marketing, Communications or New/Digital Media


• First professional experience in Marketing, Communications or Media and interest to work in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment


• Hands-on experience with Social Media, Photoshop, InDesign and generating video content


• Proactive team player with a pronounced service and solution orientation and ability to communicate at all levels


• Passion for detail, multi-tasking and prioritization skills


• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Start date: July 2019

Duration: 12 months

Workload: 100 %
