Sales Controller (m/w)
Your mission
You will be responsible of supporting the sales processes and the budget planning. Among your tasks there will be:
- Long-term financial forecasting and planning for all strategic decisions
- Co-responsibility in the budget planning
- Invoice control to verify the budget plan and report to the management
- Business analysis (volumes/prices, by sales areas, market segments, product families, key accounts, margin follow-up, project profitability)
- Performance and costs analysis
- Support group administration activities, manage and support processes implementation, automatization of administrative processes.
- Implement appropriate management of processes for admin and financial activities
Your background
You have at least 4-5 years of experience in controlling in a company operating in cosmetics, manufacturing, Fast-Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) or biotechnology. Moreover, you bring with you:
- Post bachelor’s degree qualification in Business and Administration or similar fields
- Full proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Good business acumen and well-developed decision-making capability
- Fluency in English with good communication skills and team-oriented mindset; German is advantageous
- Analytical thinking, flexibility, proactivity and motivation together with multi-tasking abilities
- Strong work ethic and unquestioned integrity
