Requirement Engineer (m/f) – 100% – Rotkreuz

Your challenges

• Elicit and maintain requirements for unique and understandable features and releases

• Identify customer needs and provide solutions

• Document and review features with UX, PO and architectures

• Manage the workflow and liaise with the requester

• Document of our client's asset requirements specification is also a part of your work

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher education in a technical or business discipline

• Experienced in Agile software development environments

• You can prove experience by being capable of additional frameworks and software platforms like .NET / .NET Core / HP-ALM and CodeBeamer

• Experience working with tools such as TFS, MS Office, and Slack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive team player

• You are familiar working in regulated environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in LABCORE is a plus
