The role of the Customer Service coordinator is a Trouble-Shooter by being focused and able to balance customers and business needs such as to see the big picture. It supports the achieving of the business and team objectives, the customer?s needs and the order-to-cash process in the daily business. As a Customer Service Coordinator you are the
-primary contact with partners in Central Eastern European region for Customer Service, Supply Chain
& Distribution activities.
-your Team is responsible for Local Representation and Intercompany markets where you are handling
the Order Management and invoicing activities, credit and debit notes and shipping documentation in
SAP
-Support the business with Metrics and reports for analysis and measuring purposes to validate the
Supply Chain Performance and track volatilities in forecasting and is in daily contact with supply
points and partners in management of demand, production and distribution planning, low stock
allocation, backorders, complaints and destructions.
-Preparing monthly operating meetings with Partners
-Master Data and Pricing set up across different tools
-Seek opportunities and readily embraces changes which will provide increased productivity or delivers
increasing levels of service
-Support Customer Service Lead and Customer Service team in all aspects.
-Understand Order to Cash, Supply Chain and Distribution policies and procedures
-Manage returns, re-works and destruction processes
-Manage exceptions to delivery of standard services
-Manage day-to-day activities via e-mail, phone, Teleconferences and Meetings
-Handle Consignment Stock overall activities
-Audit support as required
-Bachelor's degree
-Experience in Customer Service, credit management, account receivables, logistics, supply chain,
warehousing and distribution processes
-Project experience
-Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize and schedule work effectively
-Mastery of spoken and written German and Business English
-Must be able to handle multiple tasks under time constraints in a fast paced environment exhibiting
strong follow-up skills
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills
-Acts to promote a productive and co-operative environment by crossing boundaries to fulfill
departmental objectives
-Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems
