A dynamic entry role with international exposure and an opportunity to contribute to the area of Investor Services within our Legal Entity Credit Suisse Insurance Linked Strategies (ILS) based in Zurich. The aim of this position is to support our investors on all type of product related issues and coordinate solution deliveries with various internal departments as well as with external service providers such as Fund Administrator and Fund Directors
You will assist investors during the subscription/redemption process with the necessary formalities, and obtain and maintain investor related data
Taking an active part in the production and distribution of monthly investor reports and weekly performance updates as well as customized reports for external partners
You will coordinate and prepare regulatory reporting including the preparation and maintenance of internal management information reports (e.g. deal schedules, performance attribution reports, distribution lists, etc.)
Working closely with internal and external partners you'll ensure the support and coordination of projects and initiatives on a variety of topics, e.g. subscriptions, redemptions, dealing dates, deadlines, reporting requirements, etc.
You are responsible for maintaining an efficient and institutionalized recordkeeping of Investor Services related documents, and collaborate intensively to define and drive the digitalization of processes and controls as well as continuous advancement of the control environment
You will conduct business analysis, document processes, problems and identify effective solutions, use of advanced excel/VBA, SQL techniques to prototype solutions and implement standardized processes
