  • Drive business analysis for strategic and operational projects in liaison with Business Executives including the preparation and presentation of Investment Committees

  • You take ownership for Business Department project management initiatives and support executive members of the company in managing key strategic projects

  • Within that scope you also handle business risk initiatives including incident handling, disaster recovery, business continuity and the annual risk and control self-assessment

  • Responsible for reviewing regulatory trends and developments, conducting in-depth impact assessment and developing the roadmap for implementation

  • Responsible for the conduct of periodic quality assurance controls and the management of the supervisory control framework

  • You develop and maintain new data and tools for business management and development, including MIS reports, trend reports, research analysis, counterparty management scorecards and quality and profitability reporting

  • Support the creation and embedding of a continuous culture of improvement, innovation, collaboration and partnership to deliver excellence

You Offer

  • You have a University degree in business administration and/or banking & finance with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Asset Management and/ or Reinsurance

  • You are an expert in MS Office especially Power Point & Excel, other skills such as R and VBA are a plus

  • Strong strategic, technical and conceptual thinking capabilities with a practical mind-set to drive change at all levels in the organization

  • Affinity and experience in business intelligence and advanced analytics and reporting capabilities

  • You have a confirmed experience in tackling complex issues and executing initiatives in a large, multinational organization

  • You are a standout colleague with an open-minded, flexible and reliable way of working as well as with the commitment to provide high quality deliverables within the given timeframe

  • Appetite for change and continuous improvement as well as the capability to work within a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude

  • Your strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills allow you to foster consensus in decisional processes, also in challenging and complex initiative with senior managers

  • You are fluent in English, any other languages are an advantage
