The opportunity to support building and executing the Social Media strategy through competitive and digital trends research, benchmarking, post-campaign and audience analysis
A role to generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, images, graphics and video) that engage our target audiences and to continuously improve content through performance analysis, a/b testing and review of best practice
A role to support managing and keeping up to date the editorial calendars
The chance to lead specific Social Media campaigns (conceptualization, drafting, targeting, publishing, analysis, review and learnings)
Moderation of all user-generated content across the different channels
The chance to work with the Social Media Listening platform to gauge the brand sentiment, monitor media outlet stories, flag potential risks and build potential content opportunities
A role to support stakeholders and management regarding technical or general questions on Social and Digital Media
Collaboration with the Branded Content Creation team to keep improving quality of content and of traffic driven to the website

You Offer
University degree and at least 2 years’ experience in Social Media, communication, digital marketing and/or content creation
Deep understanding of KPIs for social and digital content and ability to draw credible conclusions
Ability to work with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn Analytics/Insights
Experience with Social Media Advertising and with SMMS and Social Media Listening platforms (Hootsuite would be an advantage)
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
Positive personality with a can-do attitude and a collaborative working style; excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly establish a network and to work under tight deadlines
Proactive approach, curiosity and initiative to seek out and shape compelling stories
Interest in global issues and international affairs; good understanding of business and economics
Fluent English, German or other languages would be an advantage
Video cutting and/or image editing capabilities are an advantage
