What's the role?


Within this role you will be a true global partner for our business units, market organizations and hubs concerning our product data processes. As a process manager you take the responsibility to cultivate and maintain an efficient product information management solution which is consistent for our customers. You are in the driver’s seat to steer process optimization and data quality projects. You will implement new solutions starting from collecting the business’ requirements all the way to the global roll-outs.

What does the role involve?


Together with your business partners you ensure a seamless customer experience with all product related data in all communication processes and through all media. As the process owner, you ensure continuous process improvements in the collection, structuring and distribution of product related data. You analyse business needs to specify business requirements in core applications of SAP and our PIM system. You lead related implementation projects as the business owner together with partners in Global IT and Strategic Marketing. You take responsibility for data quality through analytics and data quality improvement initiatives. Being also close to the operational tasks allows you to become a competent and trusted business partner of our global marketing and IT community.

What you need is:



  • University degree with at least 3 years work experience

  • Good knowledge in project management and an affinity to software systems

  • Experience in working with SAP/ERP and Product Information Management Systems (PIM) is an advantage

  • A diligent working style, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

  • Fluent in English, other languages are considered plus
