The responsibility for driving the HR agenda in close collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts in a dynamic environment

You Offer
Appropriate business education and HR certification required as well as at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, if possible in a similar role; solid knowledge of HR best practices in performance management, training and development, compensation, policy/procedure development and organizational design
Strong business insight with a strategic perspective and conceptual abilities
The ability to act as a trusted advisor to the top management and to adapt to different cultural environments
A dedicated and agile mindset with relationship building, advising and influencing skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
The ability to work independently and to drive results and solve problems
Fluency in English and German
