For a well renowned client in the region of Rapperswil / Lake of Zürich we are looking from now on or by agreement for an Administrative Assistant 100%.
Main task:
Responsible for the reception
Administrative support duties
Coordination, preparation and administration of various Board of Managers’ meetings, including managing all logistics and assisting with the drafting a wide range of critical documents
Coordinates and administers travel needs and itineraries
Process invoices per accounts payable procedures, in a timely manner
Procurement of office supplies
Organizes and maintains data and files (hard copy and electronic)
Other office and administrative needs as required or directed from time to time
Requirements / Qualification:
3+ years of advanced administrative support required, with experience in a legal environment and/or legal education or training significantly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Must be fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
