Administrative Assistant 100% 100%

For a well renowned client in the region of Rapperswil / Lake of Zürich we are looking from now on or by agreement for an Administrative Assistant 100%.


Main task:
  • Responsible for the reception

  • Administrative support duties

  • Coordination, preparation and administration of various Board of Managers’ meetings, including managing all logistics and assisting with the drafting a wide range of critical documents

  • Coordinates and administers travel needs and itineraries

  • Process invoices per accounts payable procedures, in a timely manner

  • Procurement of office supplies

  • Organizes and maintains data and files (hard copy and electronic)

  • Other office and administrative needs as required or directed from time to time

  • Requirements / Qualification:
  • 3+ years of advanced administrative support required, with experience in a legal environment and/or legal education or training significantly preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Must be fluent in English and German, both written and verbal
