You as the successful candidate provide excellent IT project management and coordination skills. You must be well organized, self-motivated, communicative, convincing and flexible in the approach to work. You must also be able to prioritize a variable workload and know when to escalate a problem appropriately. Your main responsibilities:
- Manage IT Infrastructure Projects and global Application implementations efficiently and independently
- Support and coordinate Chain IQ office expansions and moves
- Ensure close cooperation with business stakeholders, other IT teams (e.g. IT Architecture, IT Operations) and suppliers
- Coordinate and monitor projects as well as international project teams
- Manage external service providers (e.g. solution providers)
- Ensure proper handover to IT Operations after project completion (incl. training and solution documentation)
- Project Reporting to PMO Office and to management
- Escalation of problems where necessary to management
- Supplier Contract Management
- Support IT Budget planning and monitoring
Your profile:
- At least 5 years experience in similar role
- Working experience in global environment
- Profound IT knowledge (IT Workplace, ITaaS, IT Network and Communication Technologies, IT Application implementation, IT Security, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Keeping up to date with current industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
- Strong negotiation-, communication- and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English
