Project and Portfolio Reporting Manager

Main duties

  • Coordination and monitoring of the Project Portfolio Reporting process

  • Central contact point for Project Portfolio Reporting

  • Develop Project Portfolio views and provide insights based on management requirements

  • Educate project leaders / PMO's in project governance und tools

  • Preparation and delivery of Project Portfolio Reporting including: Monthly consolidated Project Portfolio Reporting, monthly business units / corporate functions Project Portfolio Reporting, Preparation and consolidation of relevant content and financial commentary, coordinate deadlines und reminders


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in project portfolio management and reporting

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to prepare presentations to senior management

  • Strong analytical, critical and conceptual skills and solution-based approach

  • Able to communicate efficiently and effectively at different levels of an organization in both a service- and solution-oriented way

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) and / or project portfolio management certification (e.g. PfMP) is an advantage

  • Strong German and English language skills
