Request Manager

Main duties

  • Entry point for all requests from various stakeholders

  • Active control and monitoring of requests in terms of deadlines, quality and costs

  • Development of guidelines for the request process to ensure the quality and completeness of the requests

  • Preparation and post-processing of the portfolio committee in which the requests are reviewed and accepted

  • Close cooperation and coordination within the division with Business Change Management, which ensures the implementation of the individual requests (similar to project managers), Business Analysts, Product Management, Project Portfolio Management, Sales and Marketing as well as cross-divisional with our internal IT Service Provider

  • Close cooperation with our foreign locations

  • Contribution to the further development of the request process along the entire value chain with focus on SAFe

  • Introduction and optimization of appropriate methodological skills as well as the development of KPIs (e.g. budget monitoring)


Your profile

  • Bachelor's or higher education degree

  • Coordination, communication, analytical and conceptual skills

  • Experience in leading projects and/or proven experience in delivering complex tasks within given time frames and budget

  • Experience in establishing and maintaining of monitoring tools and dashboards

  • Interest in the financial industry; experience within the financial industry experience most welcome

  • Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks (SAFe and DevOps/Agile) advantageous

  • Proactive team player, able to prioritize, solution oriented, self-motivated, flexible

  • Fluent German and English in spoken and written is a must. Any other language is a plus
