Maintain and further develop the SDX Management Information System (MIS)
Monthly analysis of the entity's financials and updating of the rolling forecast
Single point of contact for the group's Financial Reporting & Accounting and Controlling functions
Lead the annual budgeting process for SDX in close collaboration with the group
Support the definition and implemention of a KPI framework
Upgrade the technical MIS solution using state of the art BI tools
Single point of contact for all regulatory reporting and tax obligations outsourced to the group
Maintain and update Service Level Agreements within the Finance function
Support the Head Finance in keeping the business plan up to date
Your profile
University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in business administration
Further training or certification such as Accounting, Controlling and/or Regulatory Reporting for a Swiss financial institution desirable
You have 5+ years prior work experience in a comparable finance or controlling role of a Swiss regulated Bank or FMI
Fluent English (oral and written), German is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, DB and BI tools
Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations of the financial industry, in particular stock exchanges (FinFraG, Banking Act, Stock Exchange Act, FINMA Circular, IOSCO International Organisation of Securities Commissions etc.) is an advantage
Very good analytical and conceptional thinking skills
Efficient working methods with a strong quality awareness
Independent and structured way of working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible
Very good communication skills with various target groups and management levels within the company
