Main duties

•  Lead business initiatives, work streams, or projects at the interface of business and IT


•  Own the responsibility to manage quality, timeline and costs


• Be part of driving overall change, based on agile mindset and methods


• Work closely with Product Management, Requirements Engineering and IT

Your profile

•  Bachelor degree or higher


•  Knowing the methods and having the mindset for agile project management (must have) e.g. experience as Scrum Master


• Experience in and/or strong affinity for the financial industry


• Flair for IT and technological issues


• Strong analytical and conceptual skills


• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
